The main purpose of the H.R. Generalist is to provide an end to end recruitment service for vacancies across both Retail and Corporate Office operations using best practices. Using key processes and procedures, you will ensure that the business receives a consistent, professional and value added recruitment service providing a great experience to clientele, colleagues, and hiring managers. Working to promote the Mayors brand and attract the best talent, you will build effective working relationships with relevant institutions and build successful talent pipelines. In addition, you will support the L & D function by creating and delivering training initiatives to support the development of recruitment skills with Retail store management
